My only disappointment with PDFfiller was that I did not know it was a subscription based service since I clicked through a google link to a specific form. Mostly good - had a little difficulty when the app decided I could only answer 1 category when I needed to respond to all 5 subcategories of a question. Also, messed with the date - it changed to a different format.

I needed to fill out a one-off 6 page form and was looking for a free app to do it. When I Googled for this you came up and I did not track it was not free until I completed the form. Then I was "stuck" b/c I needed it asap and the request for payment did not come up until the end. I was not happy and would never have used the program had I tracked what happened. That being said, it was an excellent program and if I had to fill out forms routinely, I would recommend it. But since I don't need this app, please cancel my subscription.

Software was user friendly. Ocassionally experienced frozen screen and saved information provided did not save properly, therefore, had to repeat the process.

Very easy to use
I like that it notifies me when someone has completed the document. I also like how you can customize the fields between numbers and dates which makes it fool proof. Support is very quick to respond and helpful.
I have been trying to set up a document to copy certain fields throughout so they do have to enter their "name" every time, but I have had trouble trying to figure it out.

Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account. Very kind and helpful customer service.
