The program requires no OCR software which in my experience creates lots of problems for most "Form Filler" software I have tried to use in the past.

I own a few franchise restaurants and have to use this product about once a week and it makes my time with documents way faster and easier. I don't have to download a document, scan it, sign it, and then rescan it and then send it. I can do it all electronically thanks the PDFfiller.

What do you like best?
It's really easy to use PDFfiller compared to manually adding fields with standard graphic design programs. The usability of PDFfiller is outstanding for people with minimal backgrounds in working with document software. I like that we can make our documents interactive and can use templates to start off our documents without having to plan too much.
What do you dislike?
I have had great results using PDFfiller and can't point out anything to dislike about it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PDFfiller can be extremely useful when you have to create documents that are sent out to groups of people and need to be processed as quickly as possible.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can create fillable documents very fast so that people that received my documents can fill them out without having to print them out. The documents that we produce with form fields are neater. We can process filled forms more smoothly and with fewer errors.

The IRS offers a tool called Get Transcript on its website, IRS.gov. With the Secure Access process, you must prove your identity by answering specific questions related to yourself or your business. Another way to order a transcript is by calling the IRS hotline 1-800-908-9946.
You can get your free transcripts immediately online. You can also get them by phone, by mail or by fax within five to 10 days from the time IRS receives your request. To view and print your transcripts online, go to IRS.gov and use the Get Transcript tool. To order by phone, call 800-908-9946 and follow the prompts.
Order online. Use the 'Get Transcript tool available on IRS.gov. There is a link to it under the red TOOLS bar on the front page. Order by phone. The number to call is 800-908-9946. Order by mail. Complete and send either Form 4506-T or Form 4506T-EZ to the IRS to get one by mail.
Order Online. The fastest way to get a Tax Return or Account transcript is through the 'Get Transcript' tool available on IRS.gov. Order by phone. You can also order by phone at 800-908-9946 and follow the prompts. Order by mail.
If you filed your tax return electronically, IRS's return processing takes from 2 to 4 weeks before a transcript becomes available. If you mailed your tax return, it takes about 6 weeks.
If you don't see a return transcript available for download, it likely means that you didn't file a return for that year, or that the IRS hasn't processed the return. Record of account transcripts: Current tax year, five prior years, and any years with recent activity, such as a payment or notice.
A Tax Account Transcript shows any later adjustments either you or the IRS made after the tax return was filed. This transcript shows basic data--including marital status, type of return filed, adjusted gross income and taxable income.
Another way to order a transcript is by calling the IRS hotline 1-800-908-9946. However, you'll probably be put on hold for a long time, an hour or two, if you call them around tax season. If you are not in a rush, you can also order the transcripts by mail.
