I live in Philadelphia SEPTA is not running because of contract issues but my military ask that I complete a form and send it to them within five days or I would be subject to pay large amount. I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

Great features, love the ruler that lets you type straight every line unlike Adobe Acrobat. I really like the compatibility with mobile phones to create your digital signature. Overall I was quite happy and impressed with the software. It would be great if the trial period was longer.

Great way to fill out forms and make your own fillable master form.
I have had a hard time figuring out how to easily share and send the form you want and the notifications when you receive it back. Wish I could save the docket in my own files

This is a great program if you need this service. We needed it at one time, but did not realize we could do this on line. I would recommend it to anyone who is in the business of needing documents filled out, signed and delivered.

Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy. The fact that this took such little time, without hassle was fantastic. Excellent company to deal with!
