Overall a very positive experience. I think customers should be given the option of a low-cost limited one-time use of the site with full features, rather than forcing customers to subscribe for a full month or year with automatic renewal.

I hate having to type in a verification code when I leave for a bit. I know it is fro security reasons, but I would really appreciate it if you did not make it type the code.

I only had this program because I forgot to cancel after the initial trial period. However, I have used it many times and find that it is easy to use and does what i need it to do. The only issue i have had is when I need to work with documents more than 150 pages and PD filler cannot accommodate that. otherwise, I think it is great!

Great software to update, fill, and sign PDF documents.
User friendly, simple to use, easy way to make quick updates/changes to a PDF document, allows for PDF signatures to be completed, easy to make a document fillable, easy to share documents as needed.
Software can lag with larger documents, tutorials are beneficial when first learning advanced features.

Ease of use! Love it. I love that i can change forms and addresses. This has been a lifesaver for work purposes.
I wish you had more options as far as fonts go and wish you had more options as far as font sizes..something to think about

I need fast turnarounds for information as I do not have time to convert content from other platforms. I have little time and money to do things. The PDF filler is cost effective and enables me to convert content in a matter of seconds, rather than hours in some cases.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. Really a good tool to utilize for editing and transforming the documents.

Erasing any content in the document is little difficult.
