To change the resolution of Excel, open the Excel file and switch to File tab. Click Options in the left sidebar. Select Advanced panel and scroll down the page to find the Image Size and Quality section. Click the small arrow of Default resolution and choose an option in the drop-down menu.
Click the app-name menu (Word or Excel) > Preferences. Then, under Authoring and Proofing Tools, select Edit. Under Image Size and Quality, in the Default resolution list, select High fidelity.
To change the default resolution to high fidelity in Word or Excel (version 2016 or newer): Click the app-name menu (Word or Excel) > Preferences. Then, under Authoring and Proofing Tools, select Edit. Under Image Size and Quality, in the Default resolution list, select High fidelity.
Click the File tab. Click Options and then click Advanced. Under Image Size and Quality, use the drop-down to select whether you want the change to apply to a specific document or all new (and future) documents.
Step 1: Add Image to Photoshop. From the list of menu on the Photoshop window, select Image. Step 2: Resample Image. If you want to keep the same dimensions of the image then click on the option Resample Image. Step 3: Increase Image Resolution.
Go to Control Panel, select Devices and Printers, and then select the printer(s) in question. Right-click on the printer, and select Properties, then look for the print quality or DPI settings page to change your printers default resolution.
Create in high resolution. Print resolution refers to the number of dots per inch (dpi) are in an image. Use original files. Choose the right ink or toner. Choose the right paper. Check print preview beforehand.
Choose Image > Image Size. Change the print dimensions, image resolution, or both: To maintain the current ratio of image width to image height, select Constrain Proportions. Under Document Size, enter new values for the height and width. For Resolution, enter a new value.
