This product is fantastic! It is an easier way to scan in documents that need information changed often. We have made them templates. It allows us to change already printed documents and keep the professional look. It is an easier way to share templates with others on the team. The ease of use and the price. The software is almost intuitive, so that almost anyone can use it without spending a lot of time. It has all the functions that get the job done. The printing of documents requires having adobe for us. We have found that printing straight from the website, often does not print in full size. We have to save as PDF and then print. You can make it work, but it takes longer.

Fill in the Blank Love what this has done for making my job so much easier at a very reasonable rate. For my business this was and is the best tool I have for putting together insurance reports. Build or scan in a template and fill in the blanks when you need to send a report out. BAHM! DONE! Probably something I have not spent enough time to figure out yet but as of now each time I fill in a blank template it auto saves it so my original always has to be cleared before new entry.

kara was great kara was great. I am an older computer geek who never got into such things as screenshots. Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me. Using the app has been pretty easy so far Using the app has been pretty straight forward and intuitive. Getting used to how to edit a PDF to get consistent results. Has been a big help. Users always want a free solution and I'm still testing the 30 day trial but maybe if you want the right solution it needs to be a paid solution.

Insert a footer to a form's page or form section. Right-click on the body of the form and select “Page Header/Footer” or “Form Header/Footer” from the form options. A page footer may change depending on which record is selected, but a form footer will remain the same regardless of the selected record.
Adding page headers, footers, and numbers. To add Report or Page Header or Footer sections, click the Report Header/Footer button on the Show/Hide group of the Arrangement tab on the Ribbon. You can also right-click anywhere in the Report Design window and select Report Header/Footer from the context menu.
To do this, open your form in Design View. Select the Design tab in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Then click on the Label button in the Controls group. Then click on the form where you'd like the label appear and enter the text that you'd like to display in the label.

To display the form's header section, select the Arrangement tab in the toolbar at the top of the screen. Then click on the “Form Header/Footer” button in the Show/Hide group. Now when you view your form in Design View, you can see the Form Header.
Display the form in Design view. Right-click on the design surface and select Form Header/Footer from the shortcut menu. The header and footer sections are added to the design surface.
In Microsoft Forms, open the form you want to add a picture and then select the form header section. Click Insert Image. You can choose to search for pictures and images from Bing, your OneDrive folder, or upload a picture from your computer or device.
Access normally prints report page headers on every page in a report, including the first and last. In report Design view, click Page Header/Footer under Show/Hide on the Arrangement tab to display the page header and page footer sections. Note: When forms are printed, page headers are always printed on all pages.
