The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. I write screenplays with a friend and when he works on the script he puts it into PDF file and I purchased this to be able to open files and make corrects, recommendations or add to the script. It worked great but there just are not enough instructions for me. It was trial and error.

seems fairly easy to use. I fault PDF filler for one reason. All of the files you can use to fill in are all legal based, when I tried to find a simple grid I was unable to do so, I had to make my own.

I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.
