This is an awesome site to have if you have any type of paperwork whether your a tenant Landlord or just need help with any issues that require legal paperwork.

Has a lot of features which will be most beneficial as soon as we learn to use them. Is an easy program to enter information into for forms and hopefully the longer we use it the more efficient we will become. Such as the feature of creating a template from a form instead of what we did which was to do it over and over again, and not recognizing the way to save it online.

Excellent tools Excellent tools. I tried it today on one form on free trial. I won't carry on with the subscription because I find the prices really high and I rarely need this type of service. Also, I don't like the deceiving ways of this business where they make you believe it's all free with no commitments until after you've spent the time to edit the document. When you try to download or print etc that's when you are stopped and asked to choose a subscription and give your bank details.

I purchased a change to my account in error. I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. She was extremely helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.

I really enjoy using PDF filler. I consider my self to not be computer savy at all. I would really like it if there were a webinar to help people like me understand this app.

Easy to use. I have to STUDY the layout to find what I want. We are not power users of this product. The webinar might help. The pricing you impose presumes that I use a lot of features. I wish you had a price structure to low end users who seek to have a few simple forms filled and signed.
