The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. At that point, I was trying to determine if I even wanted to purchase PDFfiller or not so why would I need an account. I finally ended up purchasing the product.

What I like most about this software is the ease of use, as an educator I need to use PDF's everyday and this software helps me a lot with that. The free trial is good but then you need to pay for another features.

It is an excellent pdf editor, the best of all the ones I have used. The edits of a document are made very easy, it can be erased without leaving traces, the edited texts keep the same font, etc. Excellent product.
