The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed. My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun. Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

So far it is good. I use it for work schedules. Im very busy so havent had a lot of time to explore all the features. When i send my work from home to the work place; i find the security code a little annoying. Also when i purchased it i didnt receive a lower price as lead to believe. Although the price to continue useing it at renewal time wasnt bad.

PDFfiller has been an indispensable business tool, that is cloud based, reliable and intuitive. Reliable documents, timely communications, and feedback when my customers receive their requested documents. PDFfiller is cloud based, so that wherever I am in the country, I have access to my files , and access to the application. The format and icons are wonderfully intuitive - making it easy for me to complete all my document and communication needs.

Dont have a printer but can have the forms ready for when i find 1 Was in a tight spot with not having a printer and such. the 1 month free trial with everthing I'm having to deal with right now has help make it slightly easier. I can get everything filled out and have it ready for a printer when I'm able to reach it! Thank you it helped a bunch. all I had to do was google the forms n a link to the form n this website popped up and was able to start filling it out right away. thank you again!

Very pleased with the customer service I recently moved from Nitro to pdfFiller and just had my first customer service interaction. I was very pleased with how promptly I received answers and how well my issue was resolved. Off to a very good start!

Great Service - Great Support Team I used this service just once, but it was very easy to navigate the site and all of its capabilities. I thought I had canceled my subscription after I was done and forgot about it until I was charged the full annual fee. I reached out to them to see if I was eligible for a refund since I had not logged into my account in 29 days. They agreed to refund the charge and were very timely about it! I will use this service again if I ever need it again.
