With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I love this program! I am in an area where I do not have a land line or ability to fax and now I can! I also love the feature where I can erase and correct documents without having to recreate the entire document.

If you need to complete forms, you need PDF filler My experience has been good, but I think that for people that don't need to complete a lot of forms per year, there should be a way to pay by form. I can complete any PDF form regardless where I got them from. This form can be saved, printed, and emailed. The user interface could be better and it could have more forms available.

I had an occasion to need a form filler… I had an occasion to need a form filler on a PDF. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I don’t need a PDF form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my PayPal account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a PDF form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.
