The app and customer support is great! The app itself is great, no doubt. Recently I encountered some problems with logging in and contacted the support team and they resolve my problem in 10 minutes. Outstanding customer support! 10/10

Ease of use was great and intuitive Ease of use was great and intuitive. Documents went from PDF into a word document really nicely. The only issue with changing PDF into Word docs is the font comes out a bit weird and can't seem to be corrected.

I activated a trial period of pdf… I activated a trial period of pdf filler to use the service onceoff and i forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial ended. This morning my card was charged for a yearly subscription as soon as i realized this i canceled my subscription and emailed them to ask for a refund and within an hour my funds have been refunded to my account! Honestly the best ever experience from any online service i have used!

Outstanding online rep answered my questions. I reached out to one of your online chat support reps and was giving all the information needed to help me with my court brief that I'm writing. Dee sent me sample screen shots that helped me tremendously in a few areas. You got a good employee there. You should give the guy a raise.

Over the top excellent customer service First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Simple and easy document solutions Its been less than 2 weeks and I have used this service quite a few times to fill in documents or customize documents. Its been extremely user friendly and I really like the verified signature feature. Its has simplified my document process so much. I'm looking forward to using these for Insurance accord documents which I see they have in the database for use.
