But on contacting customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of their response and at the total refund with no qustions asked. They go beyond the call of duty, many thanks.

I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. The only thing that I was unsure of was… The only thing that I was unsure of was how to request a signature, and if the recipient would be able to sign it in pdfFiller.
