I just needed to do one form, so I chose the one-month subscription. It worked great, but it was not clear when I purchased that ONE month, that I would be setup on further automatic monthly payments, otherwise I would have opted out of that. Now I'm considering filing a formal complaint, unless my $20 renewal fee is credited back to my account ASAP!

Use PDFfiller for my PDF editing and signing needs I use it quite often and it has made my life much easier. PDFfiller provides a lot of functionality for a low cost compared to other solutions. A few features were missing when I first started using it but they have added functionality and it's much better now.

PDF editor that does the job. It does the job to edit documents to avoid printing and scanning official documents. I was impressed that I could place the cursor and be able to edit any online document. This enabled me to print or send a document without having to print ad scan the document. It was difficult lining up the cursor or lining up where I could input information on the document. I would have appreciated a tutorial that was available at the beginning of the trial or purchase.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Great customer service! I contacted the company when I realized I had signed up for the wrong plan. Within minutes, they replied to my email and refunded me, as well as set me up with the plan that was right for me.
