Takes a little getting used to, but not bad Fairly easy to use once you get used to the set up and lay out. I had used different software to begin with so it took some time to get used to. I like the fact that you can create or upload your document, fill it out, sign it and then send it off to be signed by another party all in one place. Took some getting used to as I had used different products in the past. Other than that, there really is nothing bad about this software.

Fantastic customer service For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.

VA Documentation and Form filling. I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. Great Customer Service Great app, but even better customer service. I needed to cancel my membership for financial reasons, but I failed to do so before it renewed and my bank account was drafted. I submitted a request through the website for support and requested a refund. Zoe replied via email within an hour and had already issued the refund. Clearly they care about their customers, provide easy communication options and have fair policies in place.

this is the best product I could find… this is the best product I could find for converting a pdf form into something fillable. I don't need to use this regularly so better if you offered a annual usage limit package- say 12 uses a year for $12.00- which seems fair and reasonable to you and the customer.
