Place your cursor at the point where you want to insert the link, or highlight the text that you want linked. Click the 'Insert Link' ( ) icon in the toolbar. The 'Insert link' window will open. Click the 'Choose File, Page, or Link' button to open the Cascade asset browser.

How does Cascade CMS work? Cascade is an application that runs on a server maintained by ITS. When you publish your content using the application, it is posted to public-facing web servers. If the CMS has an outage, your web site is not affected the public sites live on a separate web server.
How do you add a PDF to Cascade?
Click on Choose to locate the PDF to upload.
Locate the PDF on your computer.
Press the Preview Draft button if the draft looks good in Cascade press the Submit button to save your changes to the database.
If the pdf will be displayed in the navigation. a.
You will see the uploaded PDF listed in your site navigation.
