The service is great and the price for fax service is much less expensive than other companies. I love the fact I can fill out documents then email, fax, or file them away.
It's excellent! Saw Vadim talk when @ TS Boston and switched over from docusign. Personally think that everything about pdffiller is better and would never go back. Highly recommend pdffiller to all of my friends.
My power went out while preparing the doc and I panicked all my work would be lost. When I rebooted and opened the website fillable form, there it was! I was able to breathe again.
So far it has worked for what I need. I wish there was a better price for non profit corporations. AZ Exotic Bird Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 charity but I had to buy myself because of the cost.
Great for what I needed it for
Needed to complete nursery registration forms for my daughters (which were emailed to me in PDF format), but have no access to a printer, so really appreciate software like this! Was quickly able to complete, and then email back to the nursery.If you are someone who regular needs to complete PDF's online, then you would really benefit from this.Was slightly confusing to begin with, but quickly got my head around it.

My overall experience with pdfFiller has been a positive one. I would recommend to others in our industry that deal with a lot of forms to connect with customers.
The ability to use the pdfFiller for our customers to submit forms that needed editing in the field.
The lack of options on the form editor to add buttons and boxes for surveys.
I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! The application PDFfiller is excellent tool, I found the app very user friendly and their customer support is outstanding. I would highly recommend PDFfiller for anyone looking for a PDF editing tool at a very reasonable price point. Also, the app can be used virtually without limits as PDFfiller is a browser based solution, so as long as you have access to the internet you are good to go.
