My experience has been wonderful. I paid a lot of money for a divorce site that would allow me to use fillable forms. It was frustrating from the beginning. I had issues at first as connections failed and I lost my documents that I had updated which took me a long time to do. I have had another go and it has worked a lot better.

Would prefer that it not open docs when I load them so that I can upload multiple docs without having to go back to "my documents" so often.

It's easy to use, the options are perfect for our use, and I can email directly out of the program. I like the entire program - it's just perfect and it's very professionally designed.

Every now and then, I have difficulty aligning the text in the exact part of the open field area that I'm working on in the document.

Only used the free trial = it was easy to use; however, I cannot afford the price per month since I very rarely use the product.
