I am pleased that I can resend my document to a recipient because I initially documented the recipient's email address incorrectly. I was able to find out how to do this with all the helpful tabs and support information

If you fill a lot of forms, it is worth it. Otherwise you might not want to pay for the subscription for just one form.
It makes editing and filling out forms so quick. The tools are great and the UI is easy to use and clean to look at.
Once you fill the form, you have to pay or else you cannot save or print. This is not made clear from the start.

Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. The feature I like the most is we can easily export as it is integrated Google, Microsoft and many cloud storages. The text editing feature is awesome. Just Go for it ,your data is safer here
Font size editing and positioning the text is difficult at the beginning
They helped me fix my error in the android app right away & thanks to their speedy fix I was able to finish all my essays that were do on that day which I greatly appreciated since I heavily relied upon this app to do schoolwork.
Kara was VERY helpful
Kara was very helpful, especially in suggesting we do a Zoom screen share, which made some problems I was having with navigation and document publishing much clearer. She should get a raise.
