I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. This was so convenient. It was quick and easy to register and begin filling out forms. This helped me out in a crunch to get my 1099 forms completed.

Easy to use. I wish I came across this solution first because with it I was able to do in 10 minutes what I couldn't do in hours with the other editors I tried, not counting all the time trying to find them.
Very easy and intuitive, the learning curve is very small. Tiny differences in the drawing between what you see on the screen and in the printed document.

They have great customer service. I got charged my yearly fee, which was a mistake, and when I notified them they quickly took action and reimbursed my money. Thank you. The items provided by you are great, but I do not use them all year.
