I was thrilled to find a site that would allow me to modify PDF files. Furthermore, being able to save and share the files, once I modified them was extremely helpful. Overall, I found the whole site to be very user friendly.
PdfFiller ou rien
Très bonne expérience. Au début j'avais un peu de mal mais tout est venu très vite. Je l'utilise essentiellement pour ma paperasse professionnelle avec les administrations lorsque j'ai besoin de signer.Non seulement on fait des économies de papier mais en plus si on n'a pas d'imprimante ou qu'on se trouve sur le mobile ou la tablette on peut utiliser cette application. C'est top !
Pas besoin d'avoir un logiciel qui prend de la place dans l'ordinateur ou autre. Pas de risque de chopper un virus en téléchargeant !Facilité d'utilisation hors normes !
Je ne vois aucun point faible pour le moment. Si c'est le cas j'en ferai part.

I will never forget the exceptional customer service i received today, July 27, 2022 from Kara, a staff of PDFfiller. I literally went from tears of sadness for not being able to trace the document i had worked on since morning, to tears of joy & fulfillment. Having met an online angel like Kara, my hope and indeed, document was restored, She went over & above the call of duty to ensure that i was delighted in the most patient and excellent fashion. She is worthy of commendation and has greatly affected my first impression of PDFfillers. She was exceptional, skillful and most amazing in resolving all the issues i ever mentioned. CUSTOMER SERVICE THE WAY IT SHOULD BE!!
I was using pdfFiller to edit divorce documents I downloaded from the Court Clerks website. Being able to edit these documents was going to save me around $500 in attorney fees. When it was time to save and print I was directed to purchase the subscription. There are 2 options... you can pay for the whole year at once (paying $8 per month) or you can pay $20 per month and be billed each month. I accidentally authorized the whole year @$96 to be charged to my debit card. This was not my intention but I knew it was going to be such a hassle to get them to refund my money that had already cleared only to spend $20 with them. I contacted support thru the chat option anyway and found I was very wrong in my assumption. I was connected to Ray who in less than 5 minutes had refunded the difference of $76 back to my card and was inquiring if there was anything else I needed help with. This is how customer service should be and very rarely do I experience anyone who should bear the title of a customer service representative. THANK YOU RAY FOR YOUR HELP AND PDFFILLER FOR HIRING COMPETANT ENJOYABLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS.

This is a perfect tool if you don't have access to a printer. Simple easy and so many great features for document processing and sending. And the best part is that its all verified.
It has made my life much easier by quickly converting files and allowing me to add write ons to streamline processes. No longer waiting for a faxed or mailed signature.
