Easy to use, but sometimes doesn't show exactly what I need with form being listed under another name or title (e.g. a search for DA 31 gave me the AR 600-1 132 page doc but not the Leave and Pass Form).
Once you get the hang of it and learn how to save without losing the entire document filled in its great, A word to each customer be sure to save each individual page or else you lose all your inputted information.

It takes a bit of patience, but whenever I need help, they have been able to solve my problem succesfully!
I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. I like the way I can go back and make corrections and print out over and over until I get it right and not being charged for the times I have to print the document.
