The Support Agent, Kara, that helped me with what I wanted to do was very accommodating and friendly. I had not fully explored the features of this application but I needed to get something rather urgently. Kara was very patient in explaining to me all that I needed to do. I've just been persuing the many option PDF Fill offers regarding editing pdf documents and everything is clearly labeled, explained, and easy to use. I love the level of freedom and opportunities to customize almost every aspect of the pdf. They offer templates and make it seamless and very practical to make any form a pdf, and the attention to detail in providing you additional features and options to ensure quality presentation is awesome.
Good Quality
My experience with PDFfiller is old, when I still needed to install the software. Nowadays I don't use it anymore, but in my college days it was very useful.
The conversion of documents on the PDFfiller website is quite simple and does not change the structure of the actual document, which can be up to 150 pages. For most files, this is a good size.
I find PDFfiller useful only for those who work with many documents to pay a monthly fee that is not high, but it is still something to consider.
I'm happy with the use of the forms, however it showed a monthy price, so I was suprised when I was charged for the entire year up front. I only needed the product for a couple tax documents.
