very intuituve. quick and easy to learn. i operate mobily so i like the fact that i can use it on any of my 4 computers any where in the world. Very easy to drop text in. I like the erase and highlight feature. I tried at least 6 other platfroms and they were too dificult to use.
I am retired and use it mostly for medical forms. A little difficult to learn how to begin but once I figured it out everything worked just the way I wanted and I learned more as I went along.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. Excellent customer service and supportI recently needed to contact them for an issue I had and was helped by Shannen. I used their Live Support Chat, waited less than 1 minute and my problem was dealt with with in less than 5 minutes. Shannen was helpful, polite and made it easy. The fact that this took such little time, without hassle was fantastic. Excellent company to deal with!
