I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? I will be happy to do a survey in a month or two.

Kara, had so much patience for me and my situation and I was annoyed with my self for how little I knew about technology, but hung in there with and walked me through it and got me where I need to be to get what I came for, She is a great asset to your organization. Thanks for hiring her!!!!

I want to acknowledge the amazing Customer service you have here. How he handled well my concerns. And thank you because I accidentally activated 2 account under my two emails.. CUstomer service gave me so much consideration by cancelling one of the two accounts and process the refund of my cancelled account.

Very helpful in wrestling with PDF documents. The software allows moving around the type and signing, which is nice.
What do you like best?
I love the whiteout option and the text box. Also the drag option to move all text over.
What do you dislike?
I have no complaints at this time. Have had no issues since we first started using PDFiller.

I am whiting out personal information, Printing documents with additional text not on it to avoid printing more than necessary.
