After being turned off by the original warning about not being able to submit the forms to the government, which I think is CONFUSING, I kept digging in and found that once you pay they are acceptable. Now LOVE IT
I worked on a form without signing into my account. I came back to work on it some more and couldn't find it. Pdffiller is the best, i tried quite a few trial versions and those who claim they are free but it took me days to redact one document. With pdffiller i redacted my documents in minutes..Really good, powerful and easy to use.
love it! im in a rush for a deadline but im feeling my way around the app and love it so far. Im sure im missing some stuff and would love to learn more about it and how to use it!

I was charged for a subscription which was, to me, erroneous as I had merely tried the sofware and immediately cancelled.
But on contacting customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of their response and at the total refund with no qustions asked.

At first I had difficulty understanding how to use PDF Filler maybe because the way the dashboard was set up was that there were too many icons that made it seem too overwhelming.

This is excellent! your system allow anyone to pull up filling and save documents to be able to come back for it that's awesomeness and genius, please keep up the good service that you provide your customer you keep them happy me as well.
I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.
