This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. There doesnt seem to be alot of "man in the street" logic to how you explain things. It seems to be written by Code cutters or IT people. Lots of simple things like , I look up how to save a document. You say : Save your document by clicking the 'Save as PDF' button in either the "MyForms" . There is NO such button only a "save as" button. Also Where is the "My Forms" page? is it named as such or .... ????Bascally though, its a great piece of software. You just have to get a REAL human being to rewrite instructions.

Took some getting used to the different text box features, but overall good. Worth the annual cost to be able to edit and print PDFs
Honestly, I used this service for one day. I did the whole hoopla, signing up for the service, getting my PDF's and documents taken care of, then went in to cancel my free trial. Well, something went wrong, and I was charged for a full year that I didn't want. But the reason they get 5 stars instead of zero-- they voided the charge same day that I emailed them. They weren't worried about pinching pennies, they were worried about being a good business and doing the right thing. That's a 10/10 in my book. Honestly, I have them bookmarked on my webpage so that if/when I need their services again, I'll definitely be going back!
