I was in a total jam and needed forms right away. I was so afraid my only option was to type all these required forms and then have to write in the answers with a pen. I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that
I have been using this program for almost 2 years now and it is amazing! I have uploaded all of my work documents/forms so I no longer have to hand write every single thing. Not to mention I am saving money by not having to purchase any paper and more importantly I don't have to purchase any printer ink.
Works as you would expect. No flaws, other than I would like to see a way to make the 'circle' option larger for when initials are needed. Great options here.
Everything works wonderfully
Everything works wonderfully. I have not found a program that works better. My only constructive thing to add would be saving and editing. I would like to be able to save the each edit right away then the next like Bluebeam allows.

I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!
