I was gonna select only 4 stars since I was having difficulty getting the app to do all that it claims, but since customer service was so great I had to add the additional star.
I absolutely love the collection of documents and the fact that I can make my own forms. It has nearly everything one has to know. PDfiller initially charged me for a full year, when all i wanted was a trial, so I was very upset however I am glad I kept it.

On a day that I was going to really need my PDFfiller, the service was interrupted. My auto renewal had frozen up somehow and I couldn't access the service I was paying for. Fairly easy to use
Fairly easy to use. Would like to combine 2 or more docs into one file so I can fax as a group. I'm sure that's an option; but haven't found it yet...still new at this.
