Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.
I am disabled from a brain injury and consequently my handwriting is poor. PDFfiller enables me to complete forms legibly and at a reasonable price. It also enables me to turn any form online into a fillable form. I'm a happy customer.

I really recommend this software, just get a good internet connection or else you might get a bit frustrated.
This software is really good for filling pdfs my clients send me and then sign them at ease, and the fact that you can use an extension for your mail and edit online without having to download saves a lot of time
Living in a country where slow internet connection is a constant problem, working with this software can be a pain sometime.

It is honestly the best and most complete pdf program with all the features. It's fast, intuitive, and their support team is absolutely prompt and efficient. I thought I had to wait like with other programs and help on the Internet, but nothing could be further from the truth: in less than two hours my problem is solved. I am very happy with them.
The learning curve is not too steep. I'd feel more confident with it, if there was a way to save the document other than clicking DONE which closes it....it's better than the government forms I've hassled with!
My subscription had expired
My subscription had expired. I was trying to reactivate my account with a discount offer that was offered to me before my account had expired. Unfortunately I couldn’t seem to figure this out. I was connected to Katrina using the live chat. She explained to me because my account had expired the offer was no longer available. She did however offer me 25% I accepted what was proposed to me. Yet again I was still having problems figuring out how to get this discount link Katrina had sent me. She eventually emailed the link to me because the computer and myself don’t see eye to eye and I can’t figure out how the thing works sometimes. Katrina was very patient and understanding. I really like it. I find the tool great. I just wish I could drag and drop pictures from my desktop directly to the pdf without the uploading process.
