I found it to be very useful but expensive. I wish I would've had the option of paying monthly instead of a one time upfront transaction with no warning.
The experience before I purchased a license was not so good. The chat session I was on kept ending. The CSR said because I was not logged into an account was the reason. At that point, I was trying to determine if I even wanted to purchase PDFfiller or not so why would I need an account. I finally ended up purchasing the product.
I am just getting started. I am happy with the forms - only done one but in a panic- and you all came through. However, I signed up for the monthly plan and I got a bill saying the amount was $180 - the annual amount.How can I verify that I signed up and will be billed monthly at $15.00? I will be happy to do a survey in a month or two.
What do you like best?
I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.
What do you dislike?
The same feature that I love so much, isn’t quite as easy to navigate on the App. It’s super easy on the full online version though.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Super easy to use on the go with the App access. I live that part of it.

This is such an amazing site / application. I have recently relocated to Puerto Rico from Philadelphia and I cannot be more appreciative in how much of a difference it has made upon me stumbling across this site.

Easy to execute the changes needed…
Easy to execute the changes needed without much instruction. Saving in the pdf filler on One Drive was slow (undoubtedly Microsoft's problem).
