Addendum;
I do not use PDFfiller a lot but in the long run if it solves my form signing problems,and is on tap whenever I need to use it,I am very happy ,my yearly subscription worked out very well.
So far works as advertised! professional version should include like a few business features to use like 10 times a week etc. That way I would give it 5 stars!
customer service excellent. removed one star for irritating Watermark and Filler buttons right next to the page scroll bar … way too easy to accidently add them … hence the need to contact support

Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Honestly it does what i need it to do. NO complaints
I am not the most skilled with modern technology. As a startup NFP we don’t have the financial capacity to either hire, or contract with an accounting professional to prepare our year end 990s. I personally took it upon myself to do the necessary paperwork. I kept losing my work, and did not know how to save it without Word. I stumbled upon pdfFiller and decided to sign up. The retrieval and storage of my docs (either completed or still being worked on) is so simple now that even I can do it! The work has become easier thanks to pdfFiller. Thank you.

Free trial is a great way to know and understand the capabilities of pdffiller
it saves the files under a different name, but i dealt with it since i used the free trial

when i want to go back to a doc i have to go all the way back to the main doc menu

Almost all the forms i need are on PDF. I rarely have to look elsewhere
