This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. hard to figure out and hard to talk to customer support they like the texting thing I hate it love talking on phone talking to real people and takes a lot less time due to I can allow you to show me on my screen great technology
PDF editor that does the job.
It does the job to edit documents to avoid printing and scanning official documents.
I was impressed that I could place the cursor and be able to edit any online document. This enabled me to print or send a document without having to print ad scan the document.
It was difficult lining up the cursor or lining up where I could input information on the document. I would have appreciated a tutorial that was available at the beginning of the trial or purchase.
What do you like best?
Not much not to like. Spell checker would be nice. though.
What do you dislike?
After creating a document and saving it, it landed back in the template folder. Have to switch over to documents to access
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Editing PDF DOCs. Ability to search works great.
Good Product, Great Service
I tried the product but ended up using adobe for no other reason than it was paid for by a client.
I forgot to cancel my subscription and was charged. The customer service team resolved the issue immediately without any issues
A good product backed up by excellent customer experience! Where else do you get that!
Only needed to get a form to fly with oxygen didn't think I wold have to pay for them but now looking through the type you have I decided to do it and use it more often
