I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Great service. There isn't anything that I can't do with this program. Very convenient. It works when you need it. My only desire is that while typing, the sentences should automatically loop to the next line. It's bothersome that I have to keep my eyes on the line instead of what I'm doing.
What do you like best?
An interface is easy to understand. Eraser and blackout options allow to be HIPAA compliant.

So simple to use
I regularly have the need to edit & sign documents & have used a few of the other free & paid services, PDF Filler has been great to work with so I renewed my subscription again..
I find importing a PDF easier than most other similar softwares... changing font sizes and styles is simple and the process is fast even on my slow internet service..
So far I have not had an issue with any of the features..
I made a mistake and accidentally…
I made a mistake and accidentally signed up for this service. When I got the bill for $96, I was shocked. I thought it was going to be such a hassle and was so pleasantly surprised. I got a full refund within an hour of writing to them with a very nice note.
I had an occasion to need a form filler…
I had an occasion to need a form filler on a PDF. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I don’t need a PDF form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my PayPal account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a PDF form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.
