I am just learning to use but find it relatively easy to load, fill, save and print. I even figured out how to rotate forms outside the system and make it work. Cool.
it is ok. little pricey. when filling in the spaces on the schedule A and O, the spaces need to be like the main 990 form (not have to place the cursor for the text
It was very good. However, I would be interested in the webinar because I have not figured out how to download a document from another site to my account as I was advised by the support person.
I am retired and use it mostly for medical forms. A little difficult to learn how to begin but once I figured it out everything worked just the way I wanted and I learned more as I went along.

very easy to use to allow online completion of forms
If you have forms to fill out electronically, this is the website to use. It is simple even for those not great with tech! Customer service is also very honest and helpful as far as billing, etc.
IT IS SUPER EASY RIGHT OUT OF THE GATE. I AM NOT SURE HOW TO FIND A DIFFERENT IRS FORM. I AM THINKING MY ADOBE DC MAY DO THIS AND I JUST DON'T KNOW IT. I FOUND THIS ON THE INTERNET AND IT IS SAVING ME HOURS.
