I noticed that you have a Massachusetts phone number .. I'm actually from Cambridge, MA and attended Bentley(college) University in Waltam, where I studied Accounting&Finance and now runs my own tax preparations and financial services firm here in Northern Virginia.
Need to have more option to edit a document, like Microsoft Word.
When editing a document, there needs to be page breaks added. it appears as one long document until you go to turn it into a PDF where it is then broken into pages. It is impossible to get the spacing right since you have to go back and forth with the document.
PDF Filler is great. I started with the free trial, then went to the pro, but now I've switched to Basic. I got this for signing contracts on buying and selling my home. Awesome!
Getting to put 3 people on the account has been great. All of the features are exactly what I needed, and the editor is easy to use. I was a little wary if it would be worth the money, but I'm very happy with my purchase.

I just was able to get the best service ever from Paul. I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. I contacted CS via Support and received a FULL Refund and cancellation of Auto Pay with in 3 minutes flat. Furthermore, received an email with confirmation of my request!! I would like if I could create boxes easier that were adjustable fields rather than just having a single section.

I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. Working Experience With PdfFiller
i am using this software for about 8 to 9 months. the best thing i found in this software was its feature to send the file online without makuing sure to save first and then send. other feature i liked the most is that i can easily edit the pdf format by using this software. it is really very favorable feature to avoid the conversing to word file for editing.
in my opinion, there must be improvement with the font size of editing text to make it more compatible with text. i face a problem to make the ediding in the same font size . Althorugh, it is same as that of text but it seams different. it makes the file less professional.

Used this as a one off and forgot to unsubscribe and when i was charged i asked for a refund and the customer service team were very understanding and kind to refund me. Bruce in particular was quick and helpful!
