I had difficult printing what i had written on a PDF. Although customer service was EXELLENT I still could not fully implement their detailed instructions.

Easy tools to edit and send email/fax is a breeze

Download forms from third party is not useful with provider business names.

Good for business especially with email and fax service is free.

They have an awesome website that allows you to do multiple actions. Their customer support is top notch! (Shout out to Anna! You are the bomb!)

Erasing any content in the document is little difficult.

This program is great for me filling out my paperwork on a weekly basis. It's easy to use and quick to learn how everything works. Will be continuing use for a LONG time!
