This is a very convenient service, I loved that I could prepare my documents and save them to come back for any necessary changes. Also, how nice it is to get all the forms I need in one spot without having to search around on different websites. Thumbs up from me:)
I thought I was purchasing a one-month subscription (I didn't select the correct button prior to the check-out process and was not advised of the amount before I hit Submit). Would REALLY like a refund of the yearly subscription - am very happy to pay the19.99 for one month. Please...
I like the online webpage. However, I have trouble using the app. It doesn't have my saved signatures and it won't link to my OneDrive (Office 365) properly.
Few years with pdffiller
I am their client for almost 3 years. I did my best to get how it works and was making bad reviews in appstore because complicated ui on the start. I was checking out competiting editors, but I could say that other apps were even more complicated. Many things changed from that time and editor became much more user friendly, got new options for saving money and time. I am less about challenging their customer service but sometimes updates are a bit confusing.
I have only begun to use pdfFiller. It has been a great asset to my job duties. I hope to upgrade once I learn more about all its features. I am glad for the 14 day plan for that practice.
pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

definitely easy to use. however some date fields do not have the "calendar" option, so you are forced to manually enter the date. That could be made easier.
I have used it several times and it works great!
I like the eSign feature that allows me to create important documents and sned them via email to get signed.
