I must admit, I'm very grateful to the leadership of this organization; and the quickness in resolving issues raised by subscribers, like me. This is my second year of being a part of this wonderful and truly a required program for someone like me in my Income Tax Preparation Organization.
Your services is quality and the availability of your program is impeccable.
Without you I would be lost trying to prepare 1099MISC for my small business clients.

I noticed that you have a Massachusetts phone number .. I'm actually from Cambridge, MA and attended Bentley(college) University in Waltam, where I studied Accounting&Finance and now runs my own tax preparations and financial services firm here in Northern Virginia.
you have forms that are not updated. however, for a particular project- i had to recreate forms filed in 2010. you were the ONLY place, company, resource that had these non-updated forms!! yay!!
What do you like best?
It's is easy to use and convenient, because I can access it from any of my computers, whether in office or out of town on my laptop.
What do you dislike?
About the only things that I dislike is the cost.

It's nice to be able to pull a form into the application and fill it out and then copy, save, send, etc. It makes all of our forms, applications look very professional.

This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a chromebook and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. I wild gladly recommend pdf filler to anyone who wants a great way to edit pdf files with the confidence of working with a company that has excellent customer service.
