I have only been using this pdf filler for 2 days and it is by far the easiet PDF program I have used love the feature of being able to edit a document saves a ton of time.
I AM ONLY HALF WAY DONE BUT SO FAR VERY EASY,HOWEVER I FIND THE BILLING OPTIONS DECEPTIVE, ALSO LIVE CHAT SUGGESTED A SOLUTION BUT DIDN'T MENTION IT REQUIRED AN UPGRADE!
editing document is fine. Underlining is hard to figure out. Simply saving for future use (not exporting) is not clear but I stumbled on a solution that I hope will work.

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! It is very easy to upload your documents and input the proper information.
Sometimes it can be difficult to download the finished document.
A good pdf editor, although there is still some work to do with the command consistency with the environment (windows keys, for instance while editing a document if we press home the screen goes to the header of the document).
The program is easy to use and powerful, and I had a great customer experience with their support team. I was stressed and they left me satisfied. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone in business.
I used the trial to fill out an application, but had no reason to subscribe further. The software is easy to use and very useful. I attempted to cancel auto-renewal but i got an email saying I was charged for a year subscription. After contacting customer service, the charge was cancelled within 5 minutes. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly they responded to my issues!
