It is a very easy way to fill out your form, however I did have difficulty retrieving my document after signing up. I contacted the customer service which gave a different website to use.
Got up & running pretty quickly. Very grateful. Really appreciated the Guidebook!!! Running in to a few glitches, but I have confidence that there are solutions as the software seems pretty powerful.

Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. Perfect for paperwork
My overall experience would be that I love it and plan to continue using it going forward in life. It's much easier then printing out paperwork, filling it out, scanning it and sending it back to whomever. Its extremely convenient.
I love most that I'm able to edit any pdf and the save and and either email it or print it. There's even a function to sign the pdf right on the computer. Awesome.
I do not like that it sometime freezes. I could be filling out a form and sometimes it'll freeze and automatically refresh and everything I put in is gone so I'd have to start over. It doesn't happen often but has happened to me before.
I only needed one form to send to my doctor to fill out for medical baseline allowance. Somehow I didn't end up in SDG&E site as their program is free.
