Haven't been able to add a blank page to the 3 page form I was working. The instructional video indicated I should see a "Pages" icon on the Edit line. I didn't.
It's somewhat costly, but it works.
I have no idea whether it's worth it. I needed to get something done, and it was easy to find, so it was worth it to me. I certainly was glad there was a half price sale.

This is awesome! I am happy to have purchased a full year subscription. I've been using pdfFiller to fill out documents for a while and I have to say that I'm very impressed with its ease of use! It's incredibly straightforward and makes it so easy to fill in the blanks on forms. Plus, they have a wide selection of templates that make my job even easier!
The only downside to pdfFiller is that the free version has some limited features. If you need more robust features, you'll have to upgrade to the premium version.

Saving the doc from the pdf fillable to Word and then making any changes, changes spacing and became difficult to navigate the changes when trying to save as.
I was looking for a PDF fillable DS11 Form for passport renewal and found this product. It did everything I needed and more. I wish this had been around before I retired. Takes handwriting errors out of the game when submitting government forms.
