I was very upset at the beginning but after contacting customer support the problems were resolved and
and I am happy I was able to complete my forms for my disabled grandson.
Great until I realized I couldn't use one form to save in different ways. I had to go back and delete and rewrite for each person I was filling the form out for.
It has been a tremendous help in my business, saving time and paper trails, establishing forms. I would recommend this to everyone! I have been very pleased with how easy it is to use! 5 Star all the way.
It is easy to use and there is no watermark which is really great when it is something that I am going to have to turn in professionally. They do a great job of making the pdf to write in
Extremely Useful, Slightly Non-Intuitive
Love the program/service/software and all its online functions, including the US Legal Forms integration for documents like wills and trusts. But it is a little clunky/non-intuitive in terms of user experience and interaction–be prepared to spend time clicking around to find not only your own documents, but also the service's libraries. Looking forward to integrating with third-party/external cloud storage.
