User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. Now neither of the websites supports filling out any forms. I was extremely frustrated with this change. PDFfiller has made my life so much easier. Thank you
I was able to type in all my information & save the forms. I did find entering the data to be cumbersome as I had to move the data to the correct spot on the form.
Just starting to use this - think it will work for me. Sometimes find it awkward to intuit what to do, so would really benefit from a webinar if offered free.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Excellent tool and superb customer support
The pdfFiller tool provides great functionality for data handling, it is easy to use and there is one month trial period.
Apart from that their customer support is just superb.
Mostly good; however, movement from one field to the next was very slow. Also, text was not aligned properly when entered; however, it did print properly.
