After I downloaded the program, I realized the price was going to be $19.99 a month. That seems pretty pricey. I am going to speak with finance and see what converter I can purchase. I am impressed with your application and customer service and will keep it in mind when making a decision.
What do you like best?
The ease of downloading our own files to manipulate the data, and/or recreate a document.
What do you dislike?
I think a better training tool/video would be beneficial for new and old users.

We are able to recreate documents and manipulate the information needed in order to prepare real estate documents at a much faster pace.

I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.

not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

Online - I like accessing it anywhere, at any time. Great! I will keep my membershup for some time!
Not sure of security, not sure how my information is being used, if someone else is analysing it, etc.
Quick and Easy
I needed it to quickly fill out some forms. Inserting text so it lines up with lines on the form is a little tricky, but other than that, pretty straightforward. Would definitely recommend!
Fast and great service
Fast and great service. Program was great but we didn't really have use for it. We forgot to cancel after our trial and was charged. Totally our fault. I contacted them and they handled this immediately. Talk about fast service. 😊 Thanks again.
