I have been using this site for 10 minutes, I really cannot give a good assessment. I do believe that a users manual should be more accessible from the home page so you can review the user guide while using the form filler.
I was allowed a 2 week free trial following an online chat about the product. I was so impressed with the features that I purchased an annual subscription! Very user friendly! Great customer service via chat.
I am a first time user. I've experienced some difficulty but the Support Team is right on it and I expect it to be resolved soon.

I like the flexibility of this program
I like the flexibility of this program.
But there is a glitch when trying to edit some of the text lines. The original text area shrinks so small you cannot see it, I figured out that using the "T" text increase option helps fix the issue, it took me a bit to figure it out.

I love this site. It's very easy to navigate through. The customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! Live Chat 24/7. Always have received excellent service. I tell all my family & friends and my customers too.
