I was surprised that after Googling the form I needed and completing it thinking it was a govt web site that I had to pay to print the form. Your on-line Chat person gave me 30 days free which has restored my faith in your company.
so far I like it, im just not sure the20/month is worth doing only 2 or 3 documents/month.....seems pricey to me.
Maybe you should offer a per page fee.....at this point its costing me7-10.00 per page.......
Obviously, the sales portion of the Web site needs clarifying, but customer support could not have been more generous and quick in solving my misunderstanding. Wish all companies did as fine a job.

I want to start by saying that this program exceeded my expectations! It not only delivers on everything it promises but goes above and beyond. There was a big learning curve for me, but I think I'm getting the hang of it now, once I've finally finished a Fax Form cover sheet.
I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
