pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
Just getting started with some of the applications, but so far, so good. Definitely beneficial in replacing lost forms. Looking forward to other uses. Maybe survey another time. Thank you.
What do you like best?
Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

Pauline took care of my concerns in a timely, polite and expeditious manner. I wish more customer service representatives were like here. She is a boon to her company.

I am using this very seldom and did not remember how to type onto a form and she showed me but i was clumsy and so she patiently and slowly did it again. She was very patient
I am a ******* Home Inspector and love PDFiller. I can do everything on my IPhone. I had a problem at first and had an online chat with ***, helped me fix a problem on a 4 point inspection and had it corrected in 15 mins. Once you learn your way around PDFiller it can save you lots of time.
