Does what it says. The only thing it says it does that I cannot perform on my Macbook is the ability to shift+tab to the next fill-in section after filling in a previous section.
I am new to this program the search engine next to the description of the for would be great if you could see a picture of the for rather than having to click on it if it is not the one you want then back to the search engine
I have been very happy with the functionality thus far. I may be interested in a webinar in the future. A survey in a month or two would allow me a better sample to assess how PDFfiller will work to meet my needs.
This system is amazing, but I have trouble with the 40 per month fee, but I will notify my supervisors at the business, it would be a great investment for the company as a whole.
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Excellent product
Excellent product. Easy to use and much better than the others that I have used. Has been very helpful especially when needing to copy info over and so on.
