pdfFiller scores top ratings on review platforms
I needed some legal forms quickly in a divorce case. The forms were exactly what I wanted and needed. PDFiller allowed me to do it quickly and easily. The option to color filled in text would be great.
I like it, but I do want to use the same form and just change a name and date of birth for a sibling. Can I do that or do I have to fill out the same form all over again?
Helpful for Digital Signature
Overall the PDF filler is amazing and free!
These days, a lot of people don't have printers and scanners. Also, a lot of us are working from home. This software makes it possible to sign documents without printing and scanning.
My least favorite thing is that you have to create an account to save your document. It would be nice to not have to provide my email to save the document.
Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. This is an excellent product/service that was very useful to me, especially because I have a chromebook and can't install windows based pdf editing software. After the trial period, I had a family emergency that caused me to forget to cancel my trial (I love pdf filler but planned to subscribe later when I will need it more) so I was auto charged for the subscription once my trial ended. I contacted support to explain what happened and they responded and resolved my issue within just a few minutes. They were prompt, professional, and understanding. I feel great about the service and customer support that I recieved and plan to subscribe to pdf filler in the near future. I wild gladly recommend pdf filler to anyone who wants a great way to edit pdf files with the confidence of working with a company that has excellent customer service.
